With 27 years in New York City real estate and thousands of closed transactions, I have built my career on one principle: results with integrity. I specialize in Manhattan condos, co-ops, and luxury rentals, working with buyers, sellers, and investors who expect more than an agent. They expect a strategist.
My background spans some of the most respected firms in New York, including Corcoran and Citi Habitats, where I built a reputation as a closer. Not just a deal-finder, but someone who gets deals done when others cannot.
What separates me from most brokers goes beyond the transactions. For the past 22 years I have owned a condominium in downtown Manhattan and have served as president of the condo board. That experience gave me an insider's understanding of how buildings operate, how boards think, how management relationships work, and what it really takes to navigate a purchase or sale from every angle. When I represent a buyer, seller, or renter in a condo or co-op, I am not guessing at how the other side operates. I know.
I am also known for being a stickler when it comes to board packages, particularly for co-ops. A poorly prepared package can get a qualified buyer denied. I treat every package as if the deal depends on it, because it does.
Six years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I kept working. I kept closing. I kept showing up for my clients. That battle did not just test my resilience. It humbled me. It grounded me. It changed the way I show up for people. Today I bring that same focus, patience, and perspective to every client and every transaction.
I am a father of three teenagers and proud of it. They are, without question, my greatest accomplishment in life.
